Warranty, General Parts Return & Reporting Goods Damaged in Transit

All parts ordered from us are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase date. Warranty settlements will not exceed the cost of the original component. On receipt of your order, the parcel must be opened immediately to check no damage has occurred in transit. Should damage be encountered, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with images of the damage and packaging, otherwise the carriers and ourselves cannot accept liability. Please keep all the packaging also.

The Warranty & Parts Return Does Not Cover:
1. Labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of said parts(s) 2. Failure resulting from incorrect installation or misuse. 3.Failure of or caused by related component(s). Parts correctly supplied in good faith that do not fit your vehicle will be refunded in full including return costs sent ifrom a UK address. For UK & overseas customers it is essential to contact us first as we have found in some cases non Morgan correct specification parts have been fitted to your car by a 3rd party and the parts we have supplied are infact correct. In this case the return carriage would not be covered but we would refund the cost of the part itself in full provided it has not been fitted and is in the same condition as supplied.

Warranty Returns
If a part you purchased from us fails in use, please contact us immediately.  The part may be returned within 12 months from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
You will be refunded for the cost of return delivery, standard or least expensive method of delivery only. If you choose an alternative method of delivery you will be liable for any extra cost. Electrical parts returned for warranty will be tested and if found functional, no refund will be given and the part will be returned to you.
When returning a part please advise us beforehand as the part may have failed due to other reasons and we can help accordingly.
For customers returning warranty parts from outside of the UK, we request that all shipping paperwork used by either a carrier or the Post Office state the return reason as “For Repair” or “Warranty Item Only” and being returned to original supplier. Failure to do so could incur additional Customs & Excise charges which the customer will be liable for.
